Detailed background +10$-80$ (Applies for fully rendered style only)

For the simple styles, backgrounds include; a simple plain colour or doodle effects

A4 size (Dimensions can be discussed)

Additional character x2 of base price (i.e: two bust up rendered characters will amount to 80$)

Maximum of 3 additional characters per illustration

Detailed designs and props +5$- 20$ (can be discussed)

Animals (pets) +8$

Fee for Commercial use is +50% of the base price (However, the rate may vary depending on the scale of your business)

Describe what you would like for the character: general(hairstyle, skin tone, outfit, age, gender), pose/expression (if there is a preference), background (we can discuss if i can do it, but keep in mind I do simple ones like solid colours, shapes, patterns)

I would need one or more clear reference images of what you would like me to draw. (I work better with references!)

I will begin working on the sketch once 50% of the payment has been done

I will be updating you on the progress starting with the sketch and we can revise it together until we are both satisfied. Please do not be afraid to tell me what you think!

Once the sketch has been approved, I will proceed to colouring and update you upon completion. If there are any changes, I will make sure to do the necessary until it is approved.

You will also receive transparent pngs of both signed and unsigned versions of the finished illustration.

(🚫NO AI TRAINING🚫) Do NOT use or feed any of my artworks, whether commissioned or personal, into AI, this includes any kind of generative artificial intelligence modules.

I have the right to reject a commission if I am unable to work on it.

I can take 1-2 weeks depending on complexity.

You can print my work for personal use without selling as merchandise, unless an extra fee is paid for commercial use.

Do not alter the commission to the point that its not recognizable as my own.

You are not to claim my art as yours, as I still have rights to a paid commission.

I can post the commissioned work on my social media, but if you want it to remain private, just let me know!

You may post the commissioned work to your own social media, but be sure to credit me, or link back to me via my socials (@maitsuarts or @_.maitsu. _)

A maximum of 5 revisions is allowed during the whole process, after that, I will not make any further changes to the commission.

Minor revisions that are as a mistake on my part, will not be counted as part of the revision limit.

I will not perform any MAJOR revision after the illustration has been completed.

50% payment first and the rest after the coloured version has been approved, all done through Paypal.

I do NOT accept refunds once the commission has been completed.

I will take a certain amount of the payment depending on how far I have gone on the commission from the sketch phase to flat colors (20-50%).
